The teacher can check the students' understanding at the touch of a button without creating a whole test.
STEP1 Choose the test card and press the "Answer Together" button = Simultaneous answer.
The teacher presses the "Answer Together" button, and the test card is sent to the students.
This allows all students to answer immediately on the spot.

STEP2 First, ask the students to choose their favourite option and touch it. Then the teacher can ask them to touch more and more options to check the real-time system!
As soon as the student touches a choice, it will be reflected in the teacher's tally.
Before pressing "Submit your Answers", the student can change the selection by pressing it again, and it will be reflected in the tally in real-time.

It is suggested to ask open-end questions like "What is your favourite thing about 00" or "What do you think of 00? and write down one answer for examples.
STEP3 Turn on "Allow Additional Answers" and ask students to add their own choice freely.
https://gyazo.com/c5f23a9c459e1383c20cb8b44bed8dba

https://gyazo.com/9eb64e56f3c257a81a7b9a99bc22acee
From the 'Results' menu, the teacher can set the range of statistical results to be displayed, and the author can decide whether to share the results with other teachers or students.
From the 'Respondent's name' menu, the teacher can set the range in which the respondent's name is displayed, e.g. by not disclosing who has chosen which option, so that people can make their choice confidently.

③ Learn the difference between answering together and answering individually! Let's try "Send" and "Answer Together"!
When to use it?
The method used in ① and ②, where the teacher presses the "Answer Together" button and have all students answer at once on the spot to check their understanding ("Simultaneous Answer"!)
Individual responses are those where students can answer questions at their own pace or are assessed by a test at the end of the module.
With Individualised Response, the test card were sent to students individually to review the results, answers and explanations on their cards in their notebooks at any time.
STEP1 Create a test.
Create a test to answer. Press the "Q" icon, select "Test", take out the card and press the "Edit" button.
STEP2 Distribute the test card the teacher have created to the students using the "Send" button. = Individual answers.
Students touch the test card they have received and press the 'Answer' button to solve the questions at their own pace.
This "individual response" method allows students to work through the test and survey at their own pace.

The test card can also be viewed and downloaded from the results tab to show the percentage of correct answers for the class and the correct and incorrect results for each student, which can inform subsequent teaching.

④ Use the automatic scoring function in the test! Let's try using "Auto-Score on/off"!
When to use it?
Students can be marked individually according to their progress or synchronised with the teacher's time by turning the automatic marking mechanism on or off.
Use this feature when taking a test within the time limit to prevent students from passing their answers to other students when they finish first!
STEP1 Set the editing screen to "Auto-Score OFF" on the edit screen once the test is ready.
https://gyazo.com/a7d6c76b6002b5cd598663c14479f1a9
STEP2Touch the test card and press "Answer together" = Simultaneous Answers.
Students will answer the questions on the test card within the time limit.
As the teacher has turned off the automatic scoring function, students cannot use their free time to correct their answers even if they finish the questions quickly.
https://gyazo.com/a67061b0ee7bddc31e0a179e25a8df68
STEP3 At the end of the test administration time, the teacher will signal and turn "Auto-Score ON".
This will automatically grade all the students' test cards simultaneously and introduce them to the fact that the test can be administered securely.

⑤ Students can ask questions to each other! Try using test cards in the 'Submission'!
When to use it?
For example, during unit summaries, students can use test cards to create questions about what they have learned so far. This is an excellent way for students to learn from each other's work. The purpose of having someone else solve the test is to encourage students to take the initiative, and the explanations help to enhance their learning.
STEP1 Students create tests.
Create a test to answer. Press the "Q" icon, select "Test", take out the card and press the "Edit" button.
STEP2 The teacher creates a new Submission box and allows students to submit their completed test cards to this box.
STEP3 The teacher turns on"Share Answers" in the Submission box.
At this point, students can see other students' test cards and click on them to see the questions and answer them.

There are other ways for students to solve each other's test cards. See the following pages for more information.
⑥ Use questionnaires and tests for the whole school and school year! Use test card in the "Materials"!
When to use it?
The teacher can use the same questionnaires and tests for the school or school year and compile the results into one statistic.
Create a test card and use the materials Box to conduct a school-wide survey.
STEP1 Create the original test card.
Point: The statistical results field should be pre-set to 'Shown to You and Teachers Only'.
By having a teacher account, the teacher don't need to answer the test to view the results.
Other teachers can see the results, not just the teacher who created the card.
If the teacher wants to share the results with the students, adjust the setting to 'Shown to all'.
https://gyazo.com/014d99e74007339557fd6f117655b762
STEP2 Save the test card in the "School-Wide→Teachers-Only" folder in the Resource box.
https://gyazo.com/6cea52207b8869930d8725aa73fe2ce1https://gyazo.com/4851329a1c395ddb2d2d0cd6c4e24f7b
STEP3 The teacher who administering the test in each class will take the original card out of the Resource box and 'Send' it to the students to complete.
The original card taken from the data box can allow students to respond directly, and all responses can be aggregated into one statistical result.

⑦ Separate tests and questionnaires for each class! Use the 'reuse test card' system!
When to use it?
This is useful when the teacher has the same test/questionnaire for all the classes in the school year, but wants to show the percentage of correct answers and aggregate the results for each class.
Once the teacher have created the first test card, it can be easily shared with other teachers using the Resource Box.
STEP1 Create the initial test cards.
STEP2 Save the test card in the "School-Wide→Teachers-only" folder in the Resource Box.
If the teacher wants to use the card in more than one class, please save the card to "My folder".
STEP3 Once the teacher has taken the original card out of the box, go to the top right of the card and click on 'Reuse this test card'.
Click on "Reuse this test card", and the original questions and explanations will be transferred to a new test card where the results can be retaken.
The teacher will then see the word (copy) in the card title. The teacher will also see the 'edit' and 'results' buttons appear as the person who reused the card becomes the editor.
If the teacher wants to separate the results for each class, reuse the card for that number of classes and use the card for each class.
